Prior to coming on board to EPC Emirates' professional team, he was Construction in charge of Limmak Punj Lloyd and Vice President [chief of operation ]with the Dodsal Group. In close coordination with his high performance team of professionals and guidance from the chairman, he sets the overall agenda, style and tone of operations with a strong focus on enhancing productivity, increasing the profit margin and maximizing shareholder value. Displaying an effective, productive management approach, Mr. Ganguly is responsible for 1,500 employees and ensuring all work is performed with the utmost quality on time on budget exceeding all internal and external expectations.

His biggest challenge is safety and taking care of the environment and directing a workforce located around the globe.
